Clark Kent isn’t the only export the planet Krypton graciously gave Earth. Kara Zor-El—known around these parts as Supergirl—is Kent’s biological cousin, and she packs as powerful a punch as Superman himself. Supergirl is National City’s protector, keeping it safe from the likes of Non, LexCorp CEO Lena Luthor, and a handful of other recognizable villains from the DC rogue’s gallery.
Last year’s midseason finale of Supergirl had our heroine smack dab in the middle of a massive crossover with characters from The Flash and Arrow, which are conveniently also the CW programs. The ending sets up the massively important Crisis on Infinite Earths storyline, which will be hitting the channel later this year. There’s no better time to finally get in on the small-screen superhero craze.
Here’s everything you need to know to stream Supergirl.

With vast libraries across every genre, Netflix has a little bit of something for everyone in your house, from war movies, documentaries, anime, and indie flicks to true crime and movies based on true stories.
