How to stream Arsenal vs. Watford

Arsenal is looking for a win on Sunday to vault into the Premier League’s top four.

Phil West

Arsenal came back from two goals down to draw with Spurs in its prior Premier League match at the Emirates. A Watford vs. Arsenal match may seem a bit of a let-off after that, especially with Watford sitting dead last in the Premier League standings, and with Watford being the only team to not score against Arsenal last season. If you’re a Gunners fan looking for a win, however, Sunday’s match looks promising.

Here’s everything you need to know to live stream Watford vs. Arsenal, including what to watch for on the pitch.

Arsenal vs. Watford

Sling Orange + Blue Sling

Sling TV provides two base channel package options, each priced at $25 per month. Sling Orange includes three ESPN channels, while Sling Blue includes sports channels like NBCSN (where many Premier League matches appear), NFL Network, FS1 and FS2, and local channels. (Sling Blue customers in select markets get NBC, where some matches appear; see if yours has it here.) If you’re Team “Why Not Both,” Sling Orange + Blue combines the two for just $40 per month. To add beIN SPORTS and maximize your soccer-watching potential, you’ll want to add either Sports Extra: Sling Orange ($5 per month) or Sports Extra: Sling Blue ($10 per month). (The latter also includes NFL RedZone.)

Spanish-speaking viewers have quite a few options. For bilingual families, you might consider the Español: Best of Spanish TV package for either Sling Orange or Sling Blue for 24/7 specialty channel LaLiga TV and beIN SPORTS Connect: Channels 4-9, which features matches from La Liga, Ligue 1 and Copa del Rey, among others. Both packages cost $5 per month after your free trial. Sling TV Latino is another Spanish-language package for $10 per month, including NBC Universo, History en Español, and—of import to soccer fans—four beIN SPORTS channels. (And choosing Sling TV Latino + Sling Orange for $30 per month gives you access to ESPN Deportes.) For more information, check out our guide to Sling TV channels and our Sling TV review.

Arsenal vs. Watford: What to watch for

Coming as no surprise to those who have watched Arsenal of late, it was Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubayemang who scored to bring the team back from a 2-0 first-half deficit against Spurs on Sept. 1 to salvage the draw. The result left Arsenal fifth in the standings, but it’s already gotten the unpleasantness of playing Liverpool at Anfield out of the way. A win over Watford would likely vault the Gunners into Champions League places; they’ll be returning to Europa League action on Thursday with a relatively stern test against Eintracht Frankfurt.

Watford needs a win. The players did, to their credit, reverse a three-game losing streak by drawing against Newcastle their last time out. But they’re still sitting on one point in their first four matches, placing the Hornets squarely in the relegation zone. They’re hoping that a managerial change might do the trick; they’ve sacked Javi Gracia and brought back Quique Sanchez Flores to try to turn things around.
