Let me tell you, if you actually grew up playing a Super Nintendo, the idea of having merch for it was basically mindblowing. If someone had suggested that one day we’d be able to rep our favorite console on everything from shirts to wallets, our pre-2000 minds might have melted. What a time to be alive.
Anyway, you can now tuck your cash (or lack thereof – I see you, gamers) into a Super Nintendo wallet that is a perfect approximation of that controller you spent so many hours clutching for dear life back in the day. Made of vegan-friendly faux leather, it has a zippable inner pocket and three slots for credit cards in addition to its billfold space.
The Super Nintendo wallet is pretty easy to find these days, but the SNES one is totally new to the scene. It runs $20.99 and can be preordered through Merchoid now, and it’s slated to ship in November. I know, it’s not soon enough (then again, yesterday wouldn’t have been soon enough to own this thing). Think of it as an early Christmas gift to yourself that you’ll have forgotten all about by the time it arrives. Surprise!
