Things got heated between YouTube stars Logan Paul and KSI at Wednesday’s press conference in anticipation of their scheduled boxing match in August, Metro reports. Paul reportedly walked out of the presser after KSI sent shots at Paul targeting his girlfriend and parents.
A two-fight deal was officially announced in March, with KSI agreeing to host an August fight in the U.K. and Paul agreeing to host the second boxing match in the U.S. before February 2019.
But tensions have reached a fever pitch before either opponent has even stepped foot in the ring. According to Metro, their ongoing beef escalated when KSI verbally punished Paul on stage at the press conference. Hardly letting Paul defend himself, KSI came for Paul’s recently announced relationship.
“So you got a new girlfriend now. Chloe Bennet, what’s up babes?” KSI said, adding, “Why don’t you introduce me to her? You’ve only got 85 percent of your testicle. I’ll show her a real man.”
The confrontation didn’t stop there. Donning a blonde Paul-inspired wig, KSI then took aim at Paul’s dad, shouting, “You said you’d beat me in a fight but you wouldn’t do shit. You’re an old man. But, I’m sure you’d like a round with those little girls you like kissing. You sick, deadbeat, bald-headed prick.”
After Paul made his exit, evading the harassment, KSI rallied the crowd in laughter. He led the crowd to chant “fuck the Pauls” and continued his rant. “Mark my words, that motherfucker is going down,” he said.
The first fight between the two YouTubers is set to take place on Saturday, Aug. 25 in Manchester, England. Paul’s younger brother Jake and KSI’s younger brother Deji are also set to fight at the event.
