Zachary Quinto has appeared in three Star Trek movies as Spock. Now he’s following the lead of the original Spock and reviving the UFO show Leonard Nimoy used to host.

The 10-episode series, In Search Of, will be hosted and produced by Quinto air on the History channel. In its first run from 1977-82, the show looked at paranormal phenomena and the world of unsolved mysteries. It was hosted by Rod Serling and, later in the series, by Nimoy.

“I am so excited to be reimagining In Search Of and exploring new questions and phenomena with all of the advancements in science and technology from which we have benefitted in the past 40 years since the original series first aired,” Quinto said, via Deadline. “In the spirit of my late dear friend Leonard Nimoy, we intend to honor and perpetuate his endless curiosity about the world—and universe—in which we live.”

According to History’s vice president of programming, the channel was impressed with Quinto’s “passion and prevalence in the science fiction genre.”

Here’s what the show looked like with Nimoy as host.
