High winds in Brookings, Oregon caused a Christmas display to get a little wilder than its creators probably intended.
ABC News posted a video to Twitter showing two inflatable Snowmen, who seem to be engaged in… some kind of activity.
SNOWMAN VS. SNOWMAN: Stormy weather led to a wild scene playing out in Brookings, Oregon, where high winds wreaked havoc on this inflatable holiday display. https://t.co/2iJgx6bjP1 pic.twitter.com/Ope78uIE9L

The title “SNOWMAN VS. SNOWMAN” seems to imply the two creatures were fighting and at least a few people seemed to buy into that conclusion.

Looks like the Cold War…

But most of Twitter seemed to feel that, much like the Taco Bell and KFC behind them, the Snowmen were engaged in a more intimate relationship.
What are you and daddy doing, mommy? Oh we’re just wrestling…LOL!

More than one way to interpret this.

Me thinks this could produce more snowmen.

Snowman on snowman. If Ted Cruz or Mike Pence found out, they would have heart attacks and send them to conversion therapy.

Even some ABC new anchors disagreed on what was going on with the snowmen. While one Anchor insisted the two were “fighting”, her co-host asked, “What happened nine months later?”
This isn’t the first Christmas display this year to get a little overly romantic. While the Snowmen’s display of affection was clearly an accident, someone at a shopping center on the Isle of Man arranged some polar bears to look like they were having a very naughty holiday.

Meanwhile, a woman in Louisiana is having a totally different problem with her inflatable Christmas decorations. Author Diana Rowland received an anonymous note from a neighbor, saying her inflatable dragons were “totally inappropriate” and “It makes your neighbors wonder if you are involved in a demonic cult.”
Rowland’s tweet about the note has now been retweeted over 10,000 times and liked nearly 40,000.
Our dragon holiday display got fan mail! (And apparently the “true meaning of Christmas” involves judgmental bullshit?) 😂 pic.twitter.com/7NLZKkEW2x

Even the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey are having Holiday decoration problems. Recently, people decided they could no longer tolerate a Christmas tree over the “N” on the entrance to the Holland Tunnel instead of the “A”.

This led to a Change.Org petition being signed by over 3,000 people, and the Port Authority actually moved the decorations.
Port Authority Chairman Kevin O’Toole and Executive Director Rick Cotton announce that the Holland Tunnel will soon bring more comfort and joy to all who pass through, with the shifting of the Christmas tree over to the A and the removal of the wreath over the U. #HappyHolidays pic.twitter.com/a5NmzsrG3x

The war on Christmas may be fake, but it seems the battle over Christmas decorations is very real.
