With more than 72 hours of footage uploaded every minute, it’s physically impossible to keep track of the content on YouTube. In YouTube Guide, the Daily Dot will curate its five favorite finds for each workday.

1) Jake Healy, “Anchorman and the Thrift Shop”

Ron Burgundy has his eye on another news story: the thrift shop. He and the rest of the Channel 4 News Team have to look their best when they go on the air every night, and they’ve found just the place to get their clothes.

2) CGPGrey, “Vatican City Explained”

Vatican City is the world’s smallest country, and while we don’t pay it much attention unless it makes the news, the world’s only elected, non-hereditary, absolute monarchy has a complicated history.

3) Mister Epic Mann, “How Animals Eat Their Food”

Two friends have dinner together when one becomes curious at how different animals would take their meal. One manages to keep a straight face as the other pulls out his impersonations, each more ridiculous than the last.

4) University of Nebraska-Lincoln, “Perls of Knowledge: Crocs”

University of Nebraska-Lincoln Chancellor Harvey Perlman has a lot of thoughts on a variety of topics, but his views on a particular set of controversial footwear can be summed up in just one word.

5) TheOfficialHungry, “Instagramming Strangers’ Food Prank”

It’s weird enough when you take the time to Instagram your food before eating it, but now a bunch of pranksters are photographing the food of random strangers. A lot more people are okay with this than you’d think.
