If only the BBC dad had used the Force.

After this BBC-interview-gone-comically-haywire video made political science professor Robert Kelly and his family the most famous foursome throughout the world for a short period of time this week, the parodies of their frustratingly sweet moment have begun to surface.

First, we saw the reimagining of the scene if a mother with two kids was being interrupted during an interview. Now, we get to see what would have happened if Darth Vader had been foiled by R2-D2 and BB-8 while speaking to the BBC.

You can’t see Vader’s facial expressions, but you can certainly hear the frustration in his voice.

If only Kelly could have used the Force to shut and lock his office door before the interview began, none of this would have happened in the first place.
