Fans are surprisingly hyping Moby up for his new vegan tattoo

Moby debuted a new tattoo on social media to commemorate his 32 years of being vegan, and his followers actually think he is so badass for it.

The musician posted to Facebook and Instagram a picture of himself showing off his new ink. The words “animal rights” are written in block letters, going up and down both of his arms. He also thanked Kat Von D for seemingly being the tattoo artist behind the piece.

“As November is my 32 year vegan anniversary I thought I’d get a tattoo (well, technically 12 tattoos) to celebrate. I’m a vegan animal rights activist for many reasons, but ultimately because i believe at the core of my being that every animal has the right to live their own life, according to their own will. Thanks,” he captioned the Instagram photo.

Moby stans were highly impressed with the tat, with many posting fire emojis and high fives. Others even went so far as to call the move “Badass.”

“You not playing around tho,” Instagram user @casualfredo wrote.

“Holy Shit man!!!” another commented.

Only a few weeks ago, Moby showed off a new neck tattoo of the words “vegan for life” written in bold lettering.

“I’ve been a vegan for almost 32 years, so getting this tattoo seemed like a pretty safe bet,” he wrote in the Facebook caption to reassure anyone afraid that he would one day get buyer’s remorse over the decision. “Also, working for animal rights and animal liberation is my life’s work,” he added.

The hard-to-miss ink is definitely proof of that commitment.
