Hafþór Björnsson trains and competes as a professional strongman when he’s not busting skulls for Cersei Lannister on Game of Thrones, and he just shattered yet another world record.

Fans have watched Björnsson break multiple world records (one of which was more than 1,000 years old) to their amazement. He’s currently in Botswana for the World’s Strongest Man competition, and on the third day, he tossed a 15 kg (33.0693 lbs.) over a pole 7.15 meters long (or 23.45801 feet). It’s astounding to watch, and Björnsson makes it look easy.
