We’ve seen plenty of wild stuff when it comes to whales, from a squad of orcas trying to eat a seal for lunch to popping up on Melania Trump’s Twitter. But there’s nothing like a classic “just missed destruction by a humpback whale” moment.
A fishing boat off of Langara Island, British Columbia, came close to getting wrecked by a massive humpback whale flailing around. The first time the tail emerges from the water is scary enough, but then the second round comes just too close for comfort.
But in reality, do humpback whales know what they’re doing and just like to screw with humans like this?
