As first reported by Page Six, the 65-year-old Willis was seen inside a Rite Aid in Los Angeles without a face covering.

Customers in the store reportedly became upset with the actor, who, despite having a bandanna around his neck, was apparently unwilling to comply with the rules.

A customer who was in the store at the same time as Willis claims that the actor ultimately decided to leave the store without making a purchase.

The latest statistics indicate that the coronavirus has lead to more than 10,000 deaths in Los Angeles County.

Twitter users responded to the report by criticizing Willis, accusing the actor of endangering the lives of others.

“Turns out Alan Rickman was the hero and Bruce Willis was the villain. Miss you, Alan. You’re a dick, Bruce,” said John Squires, referring to the 1988 hit movie Die Hard.
