A University of Rhode Island basketball player has reportedly been arrested by campus police for misuse of Facebook.

As it turns out you’re not supposed to put videos of your sexual encounters on the site—especially without your partners’ permission.

Forward Jonathan Holton, 21, is a star freshman on for the Rams, leading the team in rebounds this year. But he might not return next season, since he’s facing up to three years in jail and a $5,000 fine for video voyeurism.

The Providence Journal reported that two girls, each featured in a different video, went to campus police after friends told them the videos were uploaded and sent to 30 people on Facebook.

Though the sex was consensual, police said, the girls never agreed to be taped, much less to have their encounters broadcast to other people.
