Following up her politically underscored Grammys performance, Katy Perry has released a music video for new single “Chained to the Rhythm.”
And this video has everything: a theme park called Oblivia, a human hamster wheel, lyrics about living in a “bubble,” and a vague feeling of unease about the American dream. Is Perry trying to say something about society? She might need to shout a little louder.
The single was initially released via a series of disco balls.
