If the truth is out there, the former singer from Blink 182 is going to find it.

Buried in the latest WikiLeaks dump were two cryptic emails from Tom DeLonge to Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta, about UFOs. The Wall Street Journal reports that DeLonge apparently attempted to set up a meeting between Podesta and some “A-Level officials” in 2015 to discuss “Classified Science,” and he followed up earlier this year, claiming he was working with a former military official who had knowledge about the Roswell crash.

Here’s one excerpt, pulled by Gizmodo

I would like to bring two very “important” people out to meet you in DC. I think you will find them very interesting, as they were principal leadership relating to our sensitive topic. Both were in charge of most fragile divisions, as it relates to Classified Science and DOD topics. Other words, these are A-Level officials. Worth our time, and as well the investment to bring all the way out to you. I just need 2 hours from you.

It’s unclear if Podesta ever responded, but the two share an obvious interest in the extraterrestrial.

As anyone who was in middle school when 1999’s Enema of the State came out will tell you, the Blink album contained a track called “Aliens Exist,” and DeLonge recently launched a new company called Sekret Machines that deals with paranormal activity. Likewise, Podesta tweeted in 2015 before leaving office, “Once again not securing the #disclosure of the UFO files. #thetruthisstilloutthere.” Hilariously, the tweet lives on under the name of Obama’s new senior advisor, Brian Deese.
