Longtime Marvel executive and comics creator Stan Lee was reportedly hospitalized Thursday night but is doing OK, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

“Stan is doing well and feeling good,” a representative for Lee told the Reporter in a statement. “He is staying there for a few days for some check-ups as a safety precaution.”

TMZ reported earlier Thursday evening that Lee, 95, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after having shortness of breath and an irregular heartbeat.

Lee’s last reported public appearance was at Marvel’s Black Panther film premiere.

Earlier this month, Lee was reportedly accused of sexually harassing and assaulting home health nurses at his Los Angeles residence. The Daily Mail, citing an unnamed source “with knowledge of the situation,” said accusations against Lee alleged he groped female nurses, asked them for sexual favors, and walked around in front of them nude.

Lee’s attorney, Tom Lallas, said at the time that Lee “categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character” and sent a cease and desist letter to the nursing company.
