At first, this guy who caught a foul ball at a San Francisco Giants-Pittsburgh Pirates game was a bit of a braggart. Yeah, yeah, you’ve got the ball. Yeah, you’re holding it up for everybody to admire. OK, you seem to be stretching all of this out a bit, especially since you’re wearing a Pirates jersey in San Francisco, and your team is the enemy.
Eventually, one of the TV announcers gets a little annoyed and says, “Grab some pine, Meat.” Which means: “Hey dude, sit the hell down.”
And then, the Pirates fan did something awesome to totally redeem himself. Take a look:
