This is sexual frustration on a whole new level.
The poor dog seen below would like nothing more than to ravage the dog next to him, with some 12,000 years of canine instinct burning in his brain. But when it comes time to perform, he doesn’t really seem to know what to do.
This gives “all dressed up and no place to go” a whole new meaning.
