There’s nothing like an icy blast of Nordic air to hustle you down the street—or stop you right in your tracks as you try with all your might to force yourself a wall of wind.
Yet a few determined Christmas shoppers in downtown Aalesund, Norway, decided to try their luck against the gales from Storm Ivar. The storm wreaked havoc on areas of Sweden, leaving 55,000 people without power. In Aalesund, one man was actually blown off the sidewalk (!) into the street and had to be rushed to the hospital, according to Euronews, the agency that posted the video,
