Prior to weightlifting, Webb’s only exercise was mowing her lawn. But after joining Club Fitness with her granddaughter in Wood River, Illinois, Webb has become a weightlifting boss, setting records in Illinois and Missouri for deadlifting. And the next record she hopes to break? A national one—which should be easy, since there’s no national record for her age group.
