Grimes and Tesla billionaire Elon Musk may have only just started dating a few weeks ago, but she’s already willing to go to bat for him on Twitter.

In a now-deleted tweet, the alt-pop singer denied reports that Musk’s company has prevented employees from forming a union in the past, calling the allegations “quite literally fake news.”

“he has never prevented them from unionizing it’s quite literally fake news,” she wrote on Monday. “trust me, i’ve investigated this heavily and even visited factories etc. i have the receipts but since it effects [sic] others i’ll wait til i ama w imminent new music b4 i answer more queries.”

Grimes didn’t elaborate on what her “receipts” might be, but Musk’s Tesla has faced multiple allegations of moving to stop union drives at its factories over the years. In April 2017, the United Automobile Workers union filed four charges with America’s National Labor Relations Board, alleging that Tesla was “illegally surveilling” and had “attempted to intimidate workers” who were distributing information about a union drive.

Since Grimes’ tweet indicated she’d be willing to share more information once she does an AMA to promote her new music, it’s safe to guess this won’t be the last we hear from her on the issue.
