Miami rapper Stitches was popped for felony gun and drug charges, after being caught pulling his Porsche out of a handicap spot at Whole Foods, per TMZ. The officers immediately recognized the oft-troubled rapper.

He answered “no,” after they had asked if he had a weapon. Then he handed them a just-sparked joint.

However, after a quick search they located a glock, two clips, 39.2 grams of weeds in a jar, and a single oxycodone pill.

Officers said he apologized, because he thought they were asking if the weapon was on his person, and not inside the vehicle.

Born Phillip Nickolas Katsabanis, the “Brick In Yo Face” rapper previously made news by getting a concert in Lake Worth, Florida, shut down—by his wife—for doing cocaine with female fans.

He would also to be arrested for a drug violation and outstanding warrants, after catching a fade during a one-sided altercation with the Game’s manager Wack 100.
