Long gone are the days when online dating was considered creepy or weird. Thanks to the ease of online dating apps like Tinder, it seems everyone and their mom has given online dating a whirl. Literally.

That’s the premise of the first in a series of videos Scott Rogowsky, host of Running Late with Scott Rogowsky, is making for Playboy. The comedian sat down with his parents to see who they’d swipe right on, if the power to choose his next Tinder date was in their hands.

Rogowsky’s parents, it turns out, are just as concerned with appearances as your average young app user, but personality counts, too.

“Oh, I don’t like that answer,” quips Mom when Rogowsky reads the profile of a very cute girl on Jewish dating app JSwipe. Her profile reads, “Just a Jew looking for a Jew to do Jew things with.”

So could swiping with mom and dad help you to find a lasting connection? By the end of the video, Mom is doubtful, but Dad has a little twinkle in his eye. And the featured bachelor? He’s just pleased as punch to have matched with a cute girl.
