Adam Howarth’s dog really does not understand how to handle cats.
Judging by this video, his dog did at least get the memo telling him to chase cats. However, the next step proved a little more puzzling. This dog knows enough to approach the cat, but as soon as the cat looks at him, he panics.
Remember how dogs are descended from wolves? A fearsome predator indeed.
