Living in the International Space Station can provide incredible views and astounding, life-changing missions for the crew on board. It can also offer unique challenges, as NASA astronaut Shane Kimbrough demonstrates with a video on a lunchtime classic.

On Earth, making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is easy. But in space, Kimbrough doesn’t have gravity to keep his supplies down or bread to make it. Instead, astronauts use tortillas for sandwiches. From there it’s a gravity-free exercise in multitasking as Kimbrough has to juggle putting all of his supplies together without letting them stray too far.

It’s certainly a sandwich well-earned.
