We may be too cynical to get excited about the change in the weather. For this girl, experiencing her first rainfall is pure joy.
Kayden Byon was just 15 months old when the first drop of rain hit her face. Instead of running for cover or crying, she stayed out and looked around in amazement. There’s something a little magical about her first “Wow.”
For those of us pulling out space heaters for the second snowstorm this week, it’s hard for us to get excited over much aside from sunshine or a 40-degree day. But think about how it must feel for a toddler. Can we imagine for a minute how Kayden will react to her first snowfall?
