Twitter‘s former CEO doesn’t much care for meeting President Donald Trump—and that’s putting it lightly.

Dick Costolo tweeted on Friday evening, “If you don’t get invited to this meeting and want to know what it was like, just drink a bottle of gin and then waterboard yourself.”

Costolo was responding to BuzzFeed News reporter Ryan Mac, who broke the news on Friday that Trump plans to meet with Silicon Valley venture capitalists and entrepreneurs later this month, just days after meeting with technology executives like Apple CEO Tim Cook and Amazon‘s Jeff Bezos.

The vivid comparison to meeting Trump that Costolo describes is indicative of the fraught relationship between the White House and Silicon Valley. The tension increased earlier this month after Trump decided to pull the United States out of the Paris Climate Accord, an international pact signed by nearly every nation on Earth that aims to combat climate change on a global scale.

Many Silicon Valley leaders condemned Trump’s move. Tesla CEO Elon Musk ultimately left Trump’s White House advisory counsels over the president’s Paris decision.
