Video shows anti-maskers shoving people to the ground in tattoo shop over mask policy

A video posted to Reddit shows an anti-mask woman dubbed a “Karen” and her male partner physically attacking people over a Denver tattoo parlor’s mask policy.

Posted to Reddit’s r/PublicFreakout page with the caption “It ain’t that hard bro,” the video shows the altercation already in progress. The woman and her male partner are causing the scene at Old Larimer Tattoo Shop.

The woman claps in employees’ faces and insists, “I have my fucking rights.” Though the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has relaxed masking recommendations for vaccinated people nationally, cities and businesses can still require patrons to wears masks indoors.

After a jump cut, the woman yells, “You’re not listening to her” to several people. It’s unclear who she’s referring to.

Following another cut, the “Karen” suddenly pushes down a woman who’s making a phone call. In the next edit, the woman’s partner pushes another man through the doors of the shop and onto the street.

The next clip shows the anti-mask woman and her man leaving as the shop supervisor demands the tattoo artists come back into the shop.

TikTok user @dalliselda_ was in the shop and originally posted the freak out on the platform, but the video was taken down.
