R. Kelly says the allegations against him are “a bunch of crap.”

In a heavy-handed attempt at promoting his upcoming tour, Kelly posted vertical video claiming the recent “cult” allegations leveled at him, which were detailed in a BuzzFeed report by Jim DeRogatis, are false and that “despite all the crap y’all hearing, I will be coming to the East Coast to do my show.”

The BuzzFeed article includes interviews with people who reportedly lived with Kelly, and claim that he is brainwashing women and holding them against their will. One woman who allegedly lives with Kelly, 21-year-old Joycelyn Savage, claimed she was not living in a “cult” and that she’s in a “happy place.”

R. Kelly’s tour is scheduled to start tonight in Virginia Beach. Earlier this week, he reportedly hired Bill Cosby’s lawyer, Monique Pressley.
