Saturday would have been Carrie Fisher‘s 61st birthday, and both fans and friends alike honored the late Star Wars legend online.

The actor’s personality was so larger-than-life that people are still reeling from her loss nearly a year later—especially during the entertainment industry’s current reckoning with sexual harassment and violence, issues she never shied away from. Just last week, a friend remembered the time Fisher hand-delivered a severed cow tongue in a Tiffany box to a producer who’d groped her and watched him open it.

She reminded him, “If you ever touch my darling Heather or any other woman again, the next delivery will be [clears throat] something of yours in a much smaller box.”

In tribute to Fisher’s incredible life, Twitter celebrated her birthday all day long:

And in perhaps the best tribute of all, Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd, shared a childhood photo of the pair on Instagram, writing out “Happy Birthday Momb” in difficult-to-read emoji—the way her mother used to tweet.
