Who knows if one of the almost 42,000 commenters actually struck a chord.

Each year, some of us try to make New Year’s resolutions that often don’t last through the month of January. But Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg takes his resolutions a bit more seriously, making yearly challenges to “broaden his perspective.”

This year, he took to his giant social network to crowdsource ideas for a challenge to undertake in the New Year in an effort to learn something outside of Facebook. Some of his previous resolutions include learning to speak Mandarin, and, for some reason, only eating meat he killed himself.

His followers were quick to suggest a few ideas—some pertaining to Facebook, others clearly posted in jest. Zuckerberg said he already has an idea, so who knows if one of the almost 42,000 commenters actually struck a chord.

Zuckerberg replied to some of his fans on Facebook, and shed a bit of light on his personal life. He’s apparently a bad dancer, and at one point in his life, knew how to play the guitar.

A couple people suggested the same challenge the CEO apparently undertook last year—talk to strangers every day. One person said he should spend an hour a week teaching in a K-12 classroom, which is a bit unrealistic for someone running a company like Facebook, but Zuckerberg said he did it.

Suggestions for Facebook itself came rolling in, including phone calls for the Facebook app, which Zuckerberg pointed out exist already in Messenger, and something, anything, other than a Like button.

Despite giving up meat for one of his challenges, a vegetarian diet didn’t really change the hoodie-clad billionaire’s ability to cook.

One idea seemed to genuinely interest Zuckerberg—reading a new book each month suggested by someone else. (I might steal this one for myself.)

This one I will definitely not be stealing.

And one commenter said something we should all consider when making our resolutions, personal or not. Giving back to others is just as important as empowering yourself. Zuckerberg didn’t respond to this one.

If you’re in need of some last-minute ideas, the comment thread on Zuckerberg’s post does provide some pretty clever ideas for the new year. But be prepared to wade through some weird comments, too. I don’t think Zuckerberg will be the president of the Italian football club Calcio Catania anytime soon.
