British National Party leader Nick Griffin tweeted the apparent home address of a gay couple who won a court case against a bed and breakfast owner for refusing to rent them a room.

Griffin sought the address of “bullying gay activists” Michael Black and John Morgan Thursday from his nearly 15,000 followers, adding that “we’ll hold demo for rights of all home owners, gays included, to rent or not rent rooms to whomsoever they wish.”

Around 90 minutes later, Griffin, a member of the European Parliament for his right-wing party, shared the couple’s alleged home address, and claimed a “British Justice team” would visit the house in Cambridgeshire to give them “a bit of drama.”

Griffin later tweeted: “Why don’t left & gay activists confront Muslims instead of picking on meek & forgiving Christians? Bullies are always cowards!”

Some other Twitter users suggested that Griffin’s tweets were intended to incite violence, and that he may face arrest over his comments.

Others have even retaliated by posting Griffin’s own apparent home address.

Black and Morgan made a reservation and paid a deposit for a room at a B&B in Berkshire in March 2010. The owner refused to allow them to stay due to her religious views.

On Thursday, a court ruled Black and Morgan had suffered unlawful discrimination. They were each awarded £1,800 ($2,582) in damages for “injury to feelings.”
