A viral video trending on Reddit shows a frustrated Pinkberry employee shutting down a “Karen” by eating her frozen yogurt in her face and throwing her out of the store.
Redditor u/whovehearted uploaded the video to the r/PublicFreakout forum. It starts amid a disagreement in which “Pinkberry Karen” is upset about her dessert size.
According to the title, Karen comes in for a refund every week. This week, the employee finally had enough.
“That is a large, ma’am,” employee says.
“No, this is a fucking small,” Karen retorts.
The employee tells her the size is determined by weight and that she has received the correct portion.
“You have fucking glasses on, which means you should be able to fucking see,” Karen says. “And I want a large, so make this shit correctly before I shove it down your damn throat.”
“Here, I got you. I’m sorry,” the employee says as he takes back the fro-yo.
He then pulls down his mask and take a giant bite out of her order.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?” a shocked Karen asks, as his co-worker watches with bewilderment.
“Get out!” the employee yells. “Open the door for her!”
His co-worker tells him to “chill.”
Pinkberry Karen demands to speak to a manager, to which the fed-up employee responds, “I am the fucking manager!”
Many viewers thought the manager’s response was reminiscent of the classic Chappelle’s Show sketch, “Popcopy.”
