Ansel Elgort has the internet talking after he posted a nude online for a good cause.

Elgort posted the photo of himself in an outside shower, with the caption, “Onlyfans LINK IN BIO.” The photo was also seemingly taken by his father Arthur Elgort, who just so happens to be a renowned photographer. But the link doesn’t take you to an OnlyFans page. Instead, it takes you to a GoFundMe page raising money for local Brooklyn businesses so that they can deliver food to healthcare facilities working on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.

The crowdfunding page was started by Elgort’s Goldfinch co-star, Jeffrey Wright. “Small businesses, particularly locally-owned restaurants, are facing financial pressures as Brooklyn self-isolates to slow the spread of COVID-19,” Wright writes on the campaign page. “They’ve had to lay off workers, their revenues have dropped, or they’ve shuttered their doors completely. But many are still rolling by converting their operations to full-time takeout & delivery service.”

The goal of the fundraiser is to provide at least “75-100 meals per day for delivery to the Brooklyn frontlines of this pandemic.” Organizers are also partnering with Greene Bites, which is a bodega across from Brooklyn Hospital, to give it a $500 daily allowance so that any employee at the hospital can get free food and drinks.

“Restaurants are culture in Brooklyn. They’re where we eat, of course. They’re how we stay connected. They’re where we live,” Wright writes. “Get these healthcare workers and first responders some good local eats. Get some revenue flowing to local faves. Lift up the community. It’s who we are.”

At the time of writing, the charity raised $200,000 of its $1 million goal.
