Today, President Donald Trump addressed the nation about his escalating actions with Iran, his first comments since he ordered a strike that killed Iranian Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.

In the speech, Trump reiterated a promise that Iran would never develop a nuclear weapon while he was in office, but outside of that, his speech was a restrained response, one that did not promise or pledge further military action.

While that helped put people at ease, Trump’s bevy of mispronounced words, slurred speech, and constant sniffing sure didn’t.

While speaking from the White House, Trump botched the word “tolerated.”

He dropped some of his trademark sniffs straight into the microphone.

And on Twitter Adderall trended, a frequent accusation that Trump is hopped up on the drug.

At least it didn’t have all this and include a call to arms, though.
