A student who appears to attend Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where 17 people were killed during a school shooting on Wednesday, called President Donald Trump a “fucking piece of shit” following a tweet he sent out sending out condolences following the massacre.

Following the shooting, Trump tweeted that his “prayers and condolences” were with the families affected by the shooting, adding that “no child, teacher or anyone else should ever feel unsafe in an American school.”

In response to Trump’s message, the apparent student—only named as “Sarah” on Twitter—urged the president to enact some form of gun control.

“I don’t want your condolences you fucking price of shit, my friends and teachers were shot,” the student wrote. “Multiple of my fellow classmates are dead. Do something instead of sending prayers. Prayers won’t fix this. But Gun control will prevent it from happening again.”

As of Thursday morning, Sarah’s response had been retweeted more than 129,000 times and liked more than 308,000 times.

The shooting marks the 18th school shooting in the United States in 2018. Several other Twitter users have directed anger over the attack at politicians who have taken campaign contributions from the National Rifle Association.

Authorities said on Wednesday the suspect in the shooting has been identified as Nikolas Cruz, 19, who was a former student at the high school. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said he believed Cruz used an AR-15 during the attack.

Twelve people were killed inside the school, two people were killed just outside the school, one person was killed on a nearby road, and two people died at the hospital, Israel said.
