If you’ve hesitated to dive into on-demand streaming music services, it might be time to take the plunge. In a special holiday offer, Spotify is promoting its premium tier of membership by offering three months of service for 99 cents.

Spotify’s premium membership is normally $9.99 a month—a fee now standard among streaming services. The company’s streaming music model used to be more complex, but now Spotify offers just two levels of membership, the ad-supported free tier and the premium tier.

The latter affords you a number of perks that makes it plenty worthwhile for on-demand music hounds, namely no ads and a robust offline cacheing feature that supports high quality playback.

The deal only runs through Dec. 31, so sign up before then to try it out. And don’t forget to keep an eye on your subscription—if you mean to cancel it and your account ends up auto-renewing after the three months are up, it isn’t much of a deal after all.
