Anyone who doesn’t work in an office knows the annoyance of trying to find the perfect cafe to work in. The Wi-Fi connection is spotty, or there’s never an empty table, or there are no outlets available to recharge your devices.

Well, there’s an app for that.

Work Hard Anywhere, which launched Sept. 7, categorizes cafes by whether they have Wi-Fi, outlets, enough tables, parking, and food, making it easy for freelancers to find the perfect work spot.

The app is “made by freelancers for freelancers to help get work done,” and even though it just launched, Work Hard Anywhere is surprisingly effective.

I tested it out in my neighborhood and it had a comprehensive list of cafes nearby—including some I didn’t know existed. The Wi-Fi strength ratings for my favorite places are spot-on, and Work Hard Anywhere allows users to contribute feedback to the ratings and add new cafes to the map.

“This tool was spawned from our frustration with finding a good cafe or decent work space,” Work Hard Anywhere CEO Benson Chou explained in a press statement. “We quickly realized that so many other remote workers faced the same problem.”

Work Hard Anywhere claims to currently maintain stats on over 2,500 cafes in 57 countries, which will likely make it a useful tool not only for freelancers but for travelers hoping to catch up on email while in an unfamiliar city.

The app is free for iOS users. Sorry, Android fans—there’s no version for you yet.
