BTW

More than half of America dislikes both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, the leading presidential candidates. But one Buffalo, New York, woman plans to do something about it: She's going to stop the election.

At least, she's going to try.

Louise K. Nolley has filed a lawsuit in federal court in an attempt to stop the presidential election from happening on Tuesday, Nov. 8, reports the Buffalo News, on the grounds that neither are suited to hold the highest office in the land.

“Neither of the candidates running for the Presidential seat shows that they can handle the position,” the lawsuit reads.

Nolley, 62, says she is a recovering heroin addict and a convicted felon, so she has been legally barred from voting in any presidential election until now. She sued, after “waiting for an OK from God,” because she wants this one to count.

“This is the first time I’ll ever get a chance to vote, and I just wanted it to mean something for me and other people who really need a leader,” Nolley told the Buffalo News. “So I really want to make a difference and do something different.”

Nolley said she would prefer President Barack Obama remain for a third term, which is, unfortunately for Nolley, a violation of the Constitution's 22nd Amendment.

Nolley has vowed to not vote for president if her lawsuit fails.
