‘The Simpsons’ had a grim take on Trump’s first 100 days

‘One hundred days. We’re only 6.8 percent of the way home.’

Donald Trump is about to reach his 100th day in office, and with that, many are looking back on what he has and hasn’t accomplished. But one of the harsher looks at that time comes from the Simpsons, which famously predicted he’d one day reach the presidency.

A new clip posted to the Simpsons’ social media channels shows just how Trump is handling his new role, and well, it’s not good. In the clip, White House in-fighting and turmoil has escalated beyond what we’ve heard. Meanwhile, Trump is frustrated a new bill hasn’t been explained to him by Fox News. It’s not much better in Springfield, where there are threats of deportation, and Homer watches Ivanka replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court.

Marge doesn’t have anywhere near enough Prozac for this.

And, of course, he would frame the truck photo in his bedroom. Of course.
