It’s a big week for celebrities sending stuff to one another!

Days after Taylor Swift sent a bouquet to Cardi B for usurping her on the Hot 100, Beyoncé has sent pal Lady Gaga a care package as a show of support during the pop star’s ongoing medical struggles.

Lady Gaga opened up about her years-long battle with chronic body pain in her new Netflix documentary Five Foot Two, and invited cameras into some of the most personal moments of her treatment. Later, she tweeted that she has a disease called fibromyalgia and is hoping to raise awareness about the condition.

Earlier this month, Gaga postponed the European leg of her Joanne World Tour. Once the tour is completed in 2018, she said she’s plans to take a “rest.”

Cue: this care package from Beyoncé. The singer sent over a black-hooded sweatshirt from her Ivy Park active wear line and a bouquet of roses with a card.

“Feel so lucky to have so much love,” Gaga wrote on Instagram. “If I hadn’t seen your videos on TV at grandmas house after I got dropped from def jam records, I would have given up. You inspire us all. The dream you embody kept me going.”

Judging by the timing, it’s safe to say that Beyoncé has seen the documentary.

In one of the movie’s lighter scenes, Gaga described her relationship with Knowles as a bit of a mismatch because she feels like such a dweeb in comparison—the pair collaborated on the song “Telephone” back in 2009.

“I don’t know,” she said. “I just always feel like when I’m with her and Jay-Z, I’m always hanging out in the corner with like nine joints hanging out of my mouth being like, ‘Whaaat’s up?!’”

So this little gesture seems a bit like the most popular girl in school saying, “You are not a dweeb. We are friends.”

Now they just need to record “Telephone II.”
