Most of us know Killer Mike as a hip-hop artist or social justice activist. Bernie Sanders, on the other hand, thought he might actually have been a killer.
In an interview with GQ, Sanders stated that one positive of running for president was his interaction with Killer Mike. The Atlanta artist supported Sanders throughout the Democratic primaries.
He went on to express his delight in finding out that Killer Mike did not actually get his name from killing anyone.
But you did a good job finding unlikely interlocutors, like the Atlanta rapper Killer Mike, who became an outspoken supporter.
