We didn’t see Alec Baldwin’s impression of Donald Trump following Election Day. Instead Saturday Night Live gave Kate McKinnon’s Hillary Clinton the spotlight (and a piano). But nearly two weeks removed from Trump’s victory, Baldwin returned to the SNL stage to pay homage to the president-elect.

Baldwin, like usual, was in fine form in a sketch that fantasized about how Trump was handling all of his new responsibilities and how he was going to keep all of the promises he made. Meanwhile, McKinnon played Kellyanne Conway instead of Clinton and Beck Bennett played Mike Pence post-Hamilton lecture.

Predictably, Baldwin’s Trump seems a little out of his league and unsure of what the hell he’s going to do as president.

Just out of curiosity, did Trump watch the show? And if so, what did he think?

All of this, though, does make one wonder: Just how true to life was that sketch?

Update 11:24am CT: Baldwin has responded to Trump’s tweet.
