Poly Bridge is a video game that’s ostensibly about building bridges to transport a car across a gaping ravine, but it’s actually so much more than that, as one clever player proved over the weekend. Sure, you could just build a bridge and drive across, but it’s a lot more fun to completely break the game.
this entire thread is GOLD.
“the game’s premise: using limited funds, build a bridge that cars can cross!”
“how players understood it: so we just gotta make the car reach the other side right” https://t.co/mkvJaMy2ll

Check out this thread from Korean player @notdogpig, who shared a series of methods for hurtling the car over the gaps, often using bridges that are more like catapults or insane Rube Goldberg machines. Whatever works, right?

When all else fails, you can just punt the car across.

Or you can borrow a page from Sonic the Hedgehog and use a loop-the-loop.

Okay, this is getting ridiculous.

This giant robot built from bridge girders was so crazy that people weren’t even sure it was real. Maybe it’s not!
This one has to be fake, right? https://t.co/GGn45bnlEw

Whatever strategy you choose, I think we can all agree on one thing:
