Welcome to mammalian fear-response theater.
Maya the cat, like so many cats before her, is prone to weird phobias. In Maya’s case, she’s terrified of a Barbie toothbrush.
Is this toothbrush dangerous? No.
Does it make a scary noise? Not really, to be honest.
Still, poor Maya is paralyzed with fear. If only it weren’t so funny to see a fearsome household predator be this frightened of a pink toothbrush.
