Alert the neighborhood watch. There’s a cat burglar on the loose, and she doesn’t look like the usual suspect.

Sarah Nathan of Hamilton, New Zealand, recently found out about her pet Brigit’s double-life as an elusive master thief for all things undergarment. According to the New Zealand Herald, the 6-year-old Tonkinese cat has stolen 11 pairs of boxers and more than 50 pairs of socks since January.

To help fix the wrongdoing and return the unmentionables to the rightful owners, Nathan has been handing out flyers and posted to Facebook about the situation.

Nathan says that Brigit has mainly targeted men’s underwear. But the feline also has a past record—she apparently dabbled in this criminal behavior at their old home as well.

It’s unclear if the man who the cat terrorized will be pressing charges against the feline once he comes forward and claims what are rightfully his.
