Whatever the reason, it’s hard to think of another venue in which some mischievous citizen could point-blank ask Rep. Dave Brat (R-Va.), after voicing a seemingly serious inquiry about budgets, whether he could take a shit in the congressman’s mouth. Behold prank call nirvana:
