Jordan Peele‘s next project? A series about Nazi hunters in the ’70s.
The Get Out director is already producing a film with Spike Lee about a black cop infiltrating the KKK in the ’70s, and now he’s turning his eye to TV with The Hunt. The series is allegedly inspired by true events and will focus on a group in the ’70s that tracks down and brings to justice Nazi war criminals who were allowed to reside in America after World War II.
Sources say several outlets have expressed interest, though there is no channel attached yet. With Hulu’s historic Emmy pivot, it would be interesting to see it land there, though Peele already has some ties to HBO.
