According to the Hollywood Reporter, the attack happened while the actor was waiting at a stop light in the San Fernando Valley. Feldman’s car was stopped at a red light at 10:45pm PT, a police spokesman said, when someone opened the door and made “a stabbing motion with an unknown object.”

On Twitter, Feldman explained he had been in the car with his security team when three men approached the vehicle. One of the men opened the driver’s side door and stabbed him, the actor claims. Feldman later tweeted images of himself in a hospital bed, vape in hand, and wrote that he was targeted by a “wolfpack.”

“I have had mounting threats on all [social media] platforms by this vile ‘wolfpack’ & I’m this I’m sure is a result of those negative actions,” he wrote. “I have reason 2 believe it’s all connected! Enough is enough! How sick r these ppl?!?”

Feldman drove himself to the hospital, but department spokesman Luis Garcia said Wednesday morning that Feldman has no injuries—not even superficial scratches.

“There is no indication of a laceration,” Garcia said. When asked to clarify that Feldman says he was stabbed but there is no apparent injury, Garcia responded, “Correct.”

Police are reportedly still working on getting descriptions of the suspect and weapon from Feldman, who tweeted that the case is being investigated as an attempted homicide, and more details should be “coming soon.”
