Morghan King is a 29-year-old competitive weightlifter and real-life Wonder Woman. In the video below, King walks us through her training regimen and shares some of her astounding accomplishments.

But to be able to compete at all, King has to weigh exactly 48 kilograms (105 pounds). She accomplishes this through intense training and clean eating, and her explanation of how she sticks to her goals is as inspiring as her weightlifting feats.

“Diet really does impact your training,” King says in the video. “If you don’t eat relatively smart, you just feel so crappy. It really catches up to you.”
